Personal, Professional, Legal Services and Solutions Since 1983.

Most people who suffer a personal injury are surprised by the suddennes of their injury. People can be injured in many ways, from a serious auto accident to tripping and falling through no fault of their own. I handle all types of injury and wrongful death cases and pride myself in taking on cases involving difficult and unusual situations to help injured people. My goal is to help people be compensated for losses sustained from being injured by the actions and negligence of others.  People are often left to deal with insurance companies on their own and I want to help them obtain what's fair and reasonable. I will engage in civil litigation in state and federal court when necessary to accomplish results. I understand that serious personal injuries and wrongful death can create personal and financial hardships. Sometimes, people can be damaged and defamed by false statemenets made by others. As a personal injury attorney south of the river, I have been successful in helping clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries and losses, including lost wages, loss of future earnings, pain and suffering and medical expenses. Experience handling cases in court, arbitration, mediation and dealing with insurance companies and attorneys matters for achieving the best result for the client. My cases have been before the Minnesota supreme court, including the  precedent setting wrongful death case of Radke v. County of Freeborn, 694 N.W. 2d 788 (Minn. 2005).  In Radke, the supreme court allowed a negligence claim against a county and two child protection workers in the investigation of child abuse and neglect reports as required by the Child Abuse Reporting Act (CARA), for failing to protect a nineteen-month old boy who had been visited three times by social workers before being beaten to death.  The Radke case received local and national attention, including The Minnesota Lawyer, The William Mitchell Law Review, The Rutgers Law Journal, The Washburn Law Journal, the Association of American Trial Lawyers Law Reporter, and other publications.  I value my relationships with my clients and the opportunity to provide the personal, professional service they deserve. My experience allows me to evaluate cases candidly in assessing settlement or steps in trial or on appeal. I handle all aspects of litigation from civil court and jury trials to appeals..

The list of personal injury claims I have handled is extensive. My 30 years of practice have given me experience to help clients with claims concerning:
